I am a designer completing my final year at OCAD University in the Industrial Design program. Through design I create meaningful experiences that have a positive impact on people’s lives in the areas of health and education. I grew up in Toronto and have lived in Scotland and Tanzania where I studied design and made prosthetics for children with disabilities. In university I pursed product design as a means to further explore my interest in design, the man made world and people. Technology is constantly changing the way people make sense of the world and how they interact with others and their environment. I believe digital technology is a tool and a medium for creating profound change in the future. My goal is to design products and experiences that better people’s lives especially in the areas of education and health care.
