Overview

Ken Vickerson graduated from the Alberta College of Art and Design 1982. In 1985, he established a goldsmithing practice in Toronto, producing commissioned work for the local market. In addition he has exhibited widely, including shows in Europe, Asia, America and Canada. Mr. Vickerson's work has been featured on the cover of Metalsmith Magazine, a publication of the Society of American Goldsmiths, and his critical writing has been published in numerous journals and magazines. Ken was elected to the Royal Canadian Academy of the Arts in 2003. He holds the position of Associate Professor in the Faculty of Design at the Ontario College of Art & Design.
