In case you missed it earlier this year, the Cdot Design Pioneers Exhibit will return alongside the 2008 RGD Design at Work Exhibit for a free public viewing at Metro Hall.

Communication Designers of Toronto (Cdot) presents the Cdot Design Pioneers Exhibit which recognizes the local designers who helped define a design discipline and some of Canada’s most recognizable brands. This exhibition features many OCAD alumni and former faculty members, including Stuart Ash, Hans Kleefeld, Burton Kramer, Clair Stewart, Don Watt, and many others whose early design work will be jointly exhibited.

View a rare collection of historic design pieces and learn about the local designers who designed them.

The Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario (RGD Ontario) presents the 2008 Design at Work Exhibit. This juried exhibit of professional graphic design demonstrates how design creates value for business. From annual reports to websites, consumer packaging to promotional literature, each Design at Work project is a miniature case study of how design can impact a client’s ability to communicate messages to key stakeholders.

Please join Cdot and RGD Ontario as we collaborate to celebrate groundbreaking work, both past and present, in a single venue.
