OCADU Professor Glenn McArthur Wins First Place at the AIC.

The AIC (International Colour Association) conference held in Buenos Aires in October 2019 awarded first place in the poster competition to Glenn McArthur, OCADU faculty member.  This poster highlighted the work of OCADU first year Colour and Two-Dimensional design students (Alacia Karishma Jiwanand [Lisa], Brendan Callan and Carrie Ma).The conference's theme was on the Geography of Colour and the poster was derived from a first-year OCADU project that encouraged students to think about colour and patterns from specific geographic and cultural locations and about how local colour may be used in contemporary design, evoking and celebrating the essence of a place.
