For the past 7 years Jules Goss has worked in the ID program in OCAD first as a sessional faculty member and currently as an assistant professor. Jules has participated in the many and profound changes in all aspects of the school over this time, from physical growth (Sharp Centre) to transitioning to a university, to engaging in new opportunities in research, cross disciplinary practice and redefinition and development of learning and design education. Jules professional practice has evolved during his time here at OCAD. He transitioned from being a furniture and product designer to running a small consultancy where he facilitates the integration of design process and practice into corporate and not-for-profit organizations. Jules clients include Bell Canada, Ontario Service Safety Alliance, Workers Safety and Insurance Board and the Covenant Group.
