Stress Reduction group for students starts October 7, 2008. To find out more, come to an information session: Tuesday, September 23 at 11:30 am or Thursday, September 25 at 3:30 pm. To register for the group, contact Kathleen: 416 977-6000, ext. 260. The mindfulness based stress reduction group can help you develop skills and awareness to cope better with worries and stress, calm and focus your mind, take care of yourself, in a relaxed atmosphere!
