The offices of the Deans of Faculty of Art and FOLASS/IS are tentatively scheduled to move to the 9th floor of 230 Richmond St. W. in December 2017, following renovation to the space. The location of the Deans’ offices will be reviewed as the CCC project progresses. If you have questions about the move, please speak to your faculty representative:

Design Photo Studios
Design Photo Studios in Rooms 254, 255 a, 255 b and 258 will be moved from these spaces to the current location of the office of the Dean of the Faculty of Design in order to enable proposed renovations to the George Reid Wing as part of the CCC.

George Reid Wing
Renovations to the George Reid Wing will begin this fall, and in order to undertake renovations to the foundry and mouldmaking studios, these facilities will close for the winter term (January to April 2018). OCAD University is working with faculty to move foundry courses to the fall term, and will assist students and faculty members who need access to a foundry in the meantime in finding alternate resources in the city. A temporary location will be found for mouldmaking within 100 McCaul St. Both facilities will remain in the George Reid Wing after renovation.

Rosalie Sharp Pavilion, 115 McCaul Street
This facility has been closed for renovations and repurposing of the space to become the Experiential Learning Centre.  Renovations will be completed by April 30, 2018.

Thesis Space Allocations
Arrangements are being made to redistribute the thesis space displaced in the renovations of the Rosalie Sharp Pavilion at 115 McCaul St. If you have questions about the reallocation of space, please contact the appropriate representative(s) for your faculty:
Faculty of Art: Anda Kubis or Vlad Spicanovic, Dean
Faculty of Design: Jana Macalik, Associate Dean

Graduate Exhibition (GradEx)
GradEx 103 will take place in 2018 and will not be significantly impacted by these renovations.
