Students, faculty and staff invited to give feedback as part of Presidential Review Process

Friday, April 4, 2014 - 4:15pm

As part of the Presidential Review Process, the OCAD University community is invited to engage in an online performance feedback process.

Dr. Sara Diamond’s current term as president ends in 2015 and, following the protocols outlined in the OCAD U policy, the board chair confirmed that she is interested in serving for a third term. This decision initiated the Presidential Review Process, which began with the formation of the Presidential Review Committee in February 2014.

Ian C. Tudhope, Chair of the OCAD U Board of Governors and Chair, Presidential Review Committee, invited all staff, faculty and students to participate in the feedback process via an email sent to OCAD U email accounts.

All are encouraged to fill out an online performance feedback form to comment on Dr. Diamond’s presidency to date and to reflect on the university’s leadership needs for the future. The email assures faculty, staff and students that their participation is vital to this review and the Presidential Review Committee will hold all replies and information it collects through this online feedback form in strict confidence.

The online feedback form is conducted via Limesurvey and the feedback form will be available from April 4 until April 20, 2014.The form includes four feedback questions in the first part, followed by a few questions about the participants in the second part, as no anonymous submission can be accepted.
