Who Made It? Finding value in acknowledging nature of making to increase consumer value perception

 

was a literature review exploring the consumer value perception of crafted objects and in particular artisan made fashion and textiles. The paper examined valuation processes related to art, craft and fashion to consider if identifying the maker and connecting the consumer to the process of making could increase the consumer value perception of hand produced fashion objects.
