Lorella Di Cintio is a Doctoral Candidate. Her areas of specialization are in Design Methodology: Theory and Practice, Design Process, Design Activism and Design Competitions. She has taught at Tokyo University, Musashino Art University, University of Detroit Mercy, Cranbrook Academy of Art and Ryerson University. She has been awarded several noteworthy grants from Canada Council for the Arts and other international funding institutions; she is a McLuhan Fellow at the University of Toronto. She has exhibited her work internationally and often presents papers at academic conferences.
