A showcase another set of student work from my two Black & White Photo 1 classes (Ron Wood, Associate Professor). This 2nd assignment is called “Light & Shadow”. The students use analogue cameras, develop their own film and work in wet labs to produce their own prints. For most of the students, this class is their 1st time in the darkroom. The originals of this work are showing in the display cases 4th floor, Photography Department, 100 McCaul Street until April 11th. Link below is to the work on FLICKR.

Open life drawing session offered by the OCAD U Alumni Association
Monitoring presents twenty art installations out of more than 300 international submissions. It provides a platform for time-based media art in the three-dimensional space as a complement to the film program of the festival. The exhibition at Kasseler Kunstverein investigates, among other things, structures of power and exclusion, order as a social and aesthetic principle, as well as the possibilities and limits of artistic strategies.
