Three of Dorie Millerson's works will be on show in Lace, not Lace: Contemporary Fiber Art from Lacemaking Techniques curated by Devon Thein for the Hunterdon Art Museum and featuring 41 works by 28 international artists.
Please join Diane Borsato, Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences and School of Interdisciplinary Studies Professor Amish Morrell, and the Mycological Society of Toronto's Alan Gan for a foray in the Highland Creek Ravine at the University of Toronto Scarborough on Saturday, September 23rd from 11am-2pm.
French-Tunisian artist eL Seed has exhibited in public spaces, galleries and institutions around the world, blending Arabic calligraphy with graffiti to focus viewers' attention on the poetry, meaning and movements of words.

Curator Cecilia Fajardo-Hill discusses Radical Women: Latin American Art 1960-1985. Moderated by Professor Rosa Sarabia
Artist and alum Mahmood Popal will be presenting an artist talk to kick-off the inaugural Creative Professional-in-Residence program presented by the Centre for Emerging Artists and Designers (CEAD).
Compass Community is a series of informal lunchtime sessions for any first-year students who want to discuss how things are going so far, ask questions, and meet with other students and Writing & Learning Centre staff. 
Mix and mingle with startups from the Imagination Catalyst program - present and past - as well as network with our exceptional advisors, mentors and investors.
