Resilient Attitudes: Gemma Parent, Stephanie Cloutier and John Del Rosario
As part of the the 2018 Sculpture/Installation Thesis Exhibitions series titled Spaces Like That, taking place from March 1 to April 22, 2018, Resilient Attitudes is a group exhibition presenting the body of work Gemma Parent, Stephanie Cloutier and John Del Rosario have been building for their final Thesis project. The opening reception will be held at Beaver Hall Gallery on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 6pm-9pm. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided!

Through sculptural works and video installations, Resilient Attitudes introduces viewers to multiple ideas that draw its inspiration from elements of Nature; providing thoughtful perspectives to a familiar subject. This exhibition recognizes our position as humans within a larger, natural sphere and how our ideas of Nature are challenged when Nature itself exhibits its agency.

OCAD University's Sculpture/Installation Program— in collaboration with Abbozzo Gallery, Beaver Hall Gallery, Coldstream Fine Art, Gallery 1313 and Lonsdale Gallery— is pleased to announce the 2018 Sculpture/Installation Thesis Exhibitions series titled Spaces Like That, taking place from March 1 to April 22, 2018. This series of twelve exhibitions will feature the multi-media artworks of 4th-year students in professional Toronto galleries. It has been made possible by the generous support of the Nora Vaughan Bequest to the Sculpture/Installation Program and of the Faculty of Art Innovation Fund.
