the top of the spiral staircase at 100 McCaul Street

The Magic Gumball Machine of Fate is an artist’s multiples project that distributes works by Canadian creators and makes art affordable for everyone.  Look for the gumball machine at the top of the spiral staircase at 100 McCaul Street, featuring editioned works by CLTA Assistant Professor Catherine Heard's GART–Form and Structure students.  Witty, whimsical and thought-provoking, these miniature artworks reflect the talents of OCADU's first year students inspired by the history Artists' Multiples.  Bring your twoonies, and give the gumball machine a spin.  Proceeds from this project will be donated to Lifeline Syria.

Proposals for future editions from students and faculty are welcomed!  Contact: catherineheard@faculty.ocadu.ca
