Please be advised that the village by the Grange has given us notice that there will be concrete and water proofing repairs scheduled to take place starting on Monday, October 21st, 2019.

In the vicinity of:

  1. In the Courtyard west of 80 St. Patrick Street on the podium level.
  2. In the Courtyard east of the south end of 53 McCaul Street
  3. Partial or complete demolition of the stairs between 49/51 and 53 McCaul north of the TTC turnaround. Jack hammering of the stairs will last for approximately three to four days.

The duration of all the above work is estimated to last for approximately three to four weeks weather permitting.

Work will be done Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. No work on Holidays and weekends.

Should it rain or any bad weather hamper the progress of the work, the contractors will continue to work on good days until the repairs are completed.

During the repairs, there will be saw cutting of the concrete, jack hammering, dust and a tar like odour when the water proof material is applied.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact Michelle Jelsma at workrequest@ocadu.ca or call at 416 977 6000 x624 and I will parley with the Grange Staff.
