To whom it may concern,

Pace Parking, the company that owns and runs the parking lot beneath some of our campus buildings is continuing to carry out restoration of the parking garage in the new year, similar to the work that occurred this summer, however this time it is to the deck main drive of P1 Parking level.

This is to start on January 6th, 2020 and extends from 105 McCaul Street to 73 McCaul Street with an approximate duration of 6-8 weeks.

The work hours are 7:30am to 6:00pm Monday through Friday, with a One (1) hour lunch break from 12:00pm until 1:00 pm.

The noisy work (chipping) will be from approximately January 6th – 24th and will start at 8:00am.

Phase Two (Possibly affecting 49 & 51 McCaul St.)

This work extends from 73 McCaul to 53 McCaul which is scheduled to begin on March 2nd or sooner. The contraction will have a better idea once they get through the first phase.

The duration of this phase is estimated for approximately 8-12 weeks with the work hours being the same as phase one.
