ANNUAL BACHELOR OF EDUCATION/TEACHER INFORMATION DAY

Each year, Campus Life & Career Services hosts a Bachelor of Education Information Day. Representatives from universities . . .
- Lakehead; Medaille; Niagara U; Redeemer; U of Toronto; UOIT; York; U of Western -
. . . offering the BEd (Bachelor of Education) come to OCAD to explain and promote their programs to our students. Some ESL recruiting firms - JET - will also be in attendance.

The 2008 event will be held on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 10:00 to 3:30 in the Auditorium, Room 190, in the main building at 100 McCaul Street.

It is never too early or too late to plan, so all students are welcome. Third- and fourth-year students with an interest in teaching are strongly encouraged to attend.

Bachelor of Education/Teaching Information Day

Interested in teaching? OCAD students enjoy a unique learning environment which combines an experiential, studio-based education with liberal studies. One of the many options open to holders of the BFA or the BDes is teaching in the Ontario public school system. Students may also be interested in travel abroad as ESL teachers.
Each year, the Campus Life & Career Services Centre hosts a Bachelor of Education Information Day. Representatives from universities offering the BEd (Bachelor of Education) come to OCAD to explain and promote their programs to our students. All students are welcome. Third- and fourth-year students with an interest in teaching are strongly encouraged to attend.
This year, the University of Toronto, Queen's, York, and many other schools will be in attendance. There also will be representatives from the larger ESL recruitment firms. Confirmed participants are:
