Summer Institute Practitioners Exhibit

Opening - Tuesday, September 19, 4 to 6 pm 

The Faculty of Art is pleased to announce the Summer Institute Practitioners Exhibit. The Summer Institute is an initiative that brings together faculty practitioners with existing summer school course offerings, research and studio practice in an environment that fosters exchange, dialogue and connection with the community.

The 2017 Summer Institute Practitioners are:  Philippe Blanchard, Linda Carreiro, Nicole Collins, Judith Doyle & David McIntosh, Anda Kubis, Colette Laliberté, Jenn Long, Luke Parnell, Jennie Suddick

Focus of the 2017 Summer Institute:

·         To promote and support faculty research practice @ OCAD U

·         To advance the professional development of OCAD U faculty

·         To create a dynamic summer learning environment for students 

·         To recognize faculty contributions

·         To promote dialogue between faculty as practitioners and teachers, both internally and externally

·         To connect with a wider community
