Hadley+Maxwell & IAMD students at Artcast
Friday, December 4, 2015 - 5:00am

On November 9th, students from the IAMD (Interdisciplinary Masters in Art, Media and Design) program travelled to Artcast Foundry in Halton Hills, Ontario, to meet the Canadian artist duo Hadley+Maxwell. Hadley+Maxwell and staff at the foundry are hard at work completing Garden of Future Follies, a major public artwork commissioned by Waterfront Toronto, scheduled for installation in Spring 2016 at Front Street East and Bayview Avenue. Students were able to learn about the multi-year process involved in realizing a project of this scope, and also saw a live bronze pour while at the foundry.
