*****OCAD U's Office of Diversity, Equity & Sustainability Initiatives is hiring for several positions for Fall 2016****

1. Sustainability Monitor
(help organize events, social media, do on-line research, help interview people to research how the OCAD U community advances sustainability on campus)

2. Social Media & Outreach Monitor
(host tables at events, run our Facebook, twitter & tumblr blog, attend social justice events around campus to tweet and take photos for sharing, other duties as assigned)

3. Diversity & Equity Monitor (International Students only)
Similar tasks to both of the above, especially open to International Students.

Please send us a resume AND a brief cover letter AND your IWSP eligibility form. If you only want to be considered for a specific position, then please indicate that in your cover letter.

If your resume does not have a lot of relevant experience, use your cover letter to show why you are interested in a job that is focused on promoting social justice on campus. You can tell us about previous volunteering or classes you have taken, or how it connects to your creative practice, as an example.

Rate of pay: $13.65/hr. Flexible hours, 5-10 hrs/week.

Students who identify as members of equity-seeking communities including Black, Indigenous and students of colour, students with disabilities, LGBTQQI2SA students, and students caring for elder or child dependants are particularly encouraged to apply.

*****Must be Institutional Work Study Plan (IWSP)- eligible. Alongside your application, please submit a copy of your IWSP eligibility confirmation for the Fall 2016 semester provided by Financial Aid. Confirmations for previous semesters will not be accepted.****
